e.Lib, Inc. is the not-for-profit company that receives and processes
donations for The e.Lib, Fine Art Presentations – e.Gallery,
KnowNews dot Net, and the Rudolf Steiner Archive. We are incorporated in
the State of Michigan as a not-for-profit corporation, and have also received
our US federal IRS determination that we are an exempt organization
under section 501(c)(3), which means that donations to us are tax
deductible under section 170. This also means that we are qualified
to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under
sections 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. Our Employer Identification
Number (EIN) is 20-0631312.
